2019
The company has introduced advanced digital slide groove detection equipment to improve product inspection accuracy. The introduction of multiple imported 4-meter CNC double-head grinding machines has enabled the company's products to fully achieve H-level standards.
2018
The company has doubled its production capacity by upgrading its technology to enable double-ended grinding of wire grooves. Its self-developed second-generation CNC multi-head drilling machine has been put into use.
2017
The product has been comprehensively upgraded, and standardized production of the new miniature series guide rail products has begun. In the same year, Fengning H-class products participated in the "International Machine Tool Exhibition in New York, USA", and have successively received affirmation from overseas users.
2016
The company has developed and put into production a new generation of four-row dustproof (FEH15) linear guide slide units. Simultaneously, the company began developing the first generation of CNC multi-head drilling machines and the second generation of CNC double-head guide groove grinding machines.
2015
The company's self-built 20-mu (approximately 13,333 square meters) factory building and 10,000-square-meter standardized factory area are now in use. At the same time, the company has been renamed "Xianyang Fengning Machinery Co., Ltd."
2014
The company introduced and transformed the dedicated processing equipment for CNC guide rails, sliders, and grooves into production. In the same year, the company independently developed and put into use a domestic guide rail double-head grinding machine, and the company obtained 3 more patents.
2013
The company successfully developed and put into production a 7mm miniature linear guide. In the same year, the company obtained 5 more patents.
2012
The company successfully developed a second-generation, internationally leading, two-row ball linear guide series product. In the same year, the independently developed and produced precision horizontal-axis rectangular table surface grinder was successfully applied.
2011
The company successfully developed a slide groove size measurement tool with a resolution of up to 2um, significantly improving product detection accuracy. In the same year, it participated in "Hannover Machine Tool Fair, Germany".
2010
Obtained multiple patents for the aircraft head slider guide, and products began supplying the United States and Southeast Asian countries.
2009
The company's products have begun exporting overseas to countries such as Czech Republic and Malaysia.
2008
The company has successfully developed a new product independently—the SRH series four-column guide rail, and has begun mass production. At the same time, it has successfully developed the "08 model" special series guide rail and is in mass production.
2007
The company's independently developed first-generation dual-head guideway channel forming grinding machine has been applied to production, becoming one of the earliest successfully developed dual-head guideway grinding machines in China.
2006
Mass production of standardized 9~25 series linear guide products.
2005
Standardized 9, 12, 15, and 25mm products were successfully developed and launched the same year.
2004
The company is registered as "Xi'an Fengning Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd." and its "headstock guide rail series products" are sold in the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River Delta regions.
