Product technology advantages
1. The guide rail slider's groove is processed using high-precision dual-spindle grinding machines and high-precision vertical CNC grinding machines. After processing, proprietary special measuring tools and automated detection equipment jointly developed with universities are used for detection, strictly controlling the overall dimensional error of the center distance of the guide rail and slider groove to less than ±0.003mm, and achieving slider center size grading with a grading resolution of 0.002mm.
2. The guide rail groove made of bearing steel material adopts a bilateral high-frequency surface quenching process. No heat treatment is required after punching, effectively avoiding dimensional errors caused by heat treatment deformation, resulting in higher dimensional accuracy of the finished guide rail holes. While ensuring product performance, it greatly saves production costs.
3. When the guide rail length is 1000mm, the parallelism of the slider movement to the guide rail datum surface is ≤0.016mm, and the dimensional deviation of the height H between the slider top surface and the guide rail datum surface can be controlled within ±0.02mm, reaching the industry H-level standard. Products with P-level accuracy are also available, with slider movement parallelism to the guide rail datum surface ≤0.009mm and height H deviation within ±0.01mm. These are applicable to high-end industries with strict requirements for guide rail movement accuracy.
4. The company is among the industry pioneers in the large-scale adoption of powder metallurgy technology for slider manufacturing, enabling the simultaneous creation of mounting screw holes, ball return holes, and positioning holes. In addition to improving production efficiency, sliders manufactured using this method have higher 7/26-inch accuracy and better consistency, improving the overall quality of the slider products.
5. Products are available in all-stainless-steel versions. Compared to traditional GCr15 material, these products offer stronger rust resistance and can be used in environments with high corrosion resistance and cleanliness requirements, such as medical equipment.
6. The company has relatively complete testing facilities, capable of testing key dimensions of finished products, including surface hardness, fatigue life, operating noise, travel accuracy, and assembly height, strictly controlling product quality.
7. During processing, a jointly developed CNC multi-axis drilling machine for linear guide rails is used to process the guide rail mounting holes, capable of processing products up to 4000mm in length, with a cumulative error of hole spacing of ≤0.2mm per 1000mm length. After processing, a self-developed jig for detecting the hole spacing of mounting holes on linear guide rails is used to inspect the guide rail mounting holes, effectively ensuring the dimensional accuracy of the guide rail mounting holes. The finished guide rails have high hole spacing accuracy, making installation and use more convenient and efficient.
